For the safety of our drivers and to keep collection routes running efficiently, garbage truck operators are unable to leave their trucks to pick up loose trash or bulk items placed outside the provided garbage tote. Our trucks are designed for automated collection, allowing drivers to empty carts without exiting the vehicle. Stopping to manually collect extra items creates safety risks from traffic, lifting injuries, and repeated entry and exit from the truck, while also significantly increasing collection times for all customers. We appreciate your understanding and ask that all household waste be placed inside the designated tote. For only $12.00 per month, customers can get an additional tote that will be picked up each week. One bulk item per month can be brought to our transfer station free of charge.

Our trucks are equipped with cameras and every stop is recorded. Any of these prohibited items placed in the totes intentionally or unintentionally will result in immediate termination of trash services. The best advice we can give is if uncertain, please call us to ask if the item in question is acceptable. Only household generated garbage is acceptable.

This truck is designed to handle 190–200 stops efficiently, 45 stops per hour. One of the biggest advantages is that we unload directly at our Transfer Station in Stafford, making the process quick and streamlined. Because it’s a smaller truck, it’s safer for use in quiet neighborhoods—producing less noise, reducing wear and tear on streets, and consuming less fuel. The truck is also fully automated, allowing the driver to remain inside the cab, which creates a safer and more comfortable working environment for our employees.

Recycling Bins

Our 96-gallon recycling bins hold the equivalent of 5.33 of your smaller bins, making them more than sufficient for once-a-month pickup.

With our service, your recyclables stay dry, secure, and protected from wind and weather. Plus, our efficient monthly schedule reduces truck traffic in your neighborhood—helping the environment in more ways than one.
